AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of two five foot (5') wide easements
recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 83 of the St. Louis County Records and located along and
immediately adjacent to the rear lot line of Lots 1 through 5 and 22 through 25 of Henry
Gerhardt Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31,
Page 83 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this District
vacate portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions
of the easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Portions of two five foot (5') wide easements in Lots 1 through 5
and 22 through 25, recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 83 and shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat" being marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1997.
