AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of Pump Station and Gate Modifications, Lemay
Service Area Overflow Regulation System, Lower River des Peres (L-02B, 93039B), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9610, adopted July 13, 1995, provided the initial
funding for said construction, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project
costs for the construction of Pump Station and Gate Modifications, Lemay Service Area
Overflow Regulation System, Lower River des Peres (L-02B, 93039B), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1997.
