AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Riverside
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Powell Avenue at Moundale
(Infrastructure Repair #199) 89022, in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Riverside Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Powell Avenue at
Moundale (Infrastructure Repair #199) 89022, in the City of Ferguson, Missouri, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 15th day of August, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1997.
