O R D I N A N C E NO. 10205
AN ORDINANCE to extend the boundaries of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to include an area of St. Louis County which could be efficiently served by the sewer
or drainage facilities of the District and the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict; and
WHEREAS, petitions signed by a majority of the owners of the land in said area,
who are also the owners of more than one-half of the land area therein, praying for
annexation of said area by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and setting forth the
boundaries of the area to be annexed have been filed with and received by the Board of
Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; and
WHEREAS, this area adjoins The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and that
the interests of sanitation and public health of the District and the Subdistrict will be promoted
by including the area in their respective territories;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Board finds that the sewer or drainage facilities of the
District can efficiently serve the area described in Exhibit A, as attached hereto.
Section Two. That petitions signed by a majority of the owners of the land in
said area, who are also the owners of more than one-half of the land area therein, praying for
annexation of said area by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and setting forth the
boundaries of the area to be annexed have been filed with and received by the Board of
Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Three. That the interests of sanitation and public health of the District, as
well as the area proposed to be annexed, will be promoted by including said area in their
respective territories.
Section Four. That the sewage flow from the area proposed to be annexed has
no other available adequate sewer outlet or treatment facility.
Section Five. That the Board of Trustees, after examination and consideration of
the facts, hereby grants the petition for annexation of said area, and hereby declares that the
corporate boundaries of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District are hereby respectively
extended so as to include the area described in Exhibit A, as attached hereto.
Section Six. Certified copies of this Ordinance shall be filed in the offices of the
Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, the Recorder of Deeds of the City of St. Louis and
the Secretary of State.

Tracts of land being the properties conveyed to St. Louis County Water Company by deed,
recorded in Deed Book 8837, Page 654 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records; Zimmerly
Acres, as recorded in Plat Book 176, Page 14 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, in
the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 45 North, Range 3 East, City of
Wildwood, St. Louis County, Missouri; parts of Shepard Road lying west of Old Eatherton
Road, parts of Old Eatherton Road, parts of State Highway (Eatherton 60'W Road) 109; and
tracts being the properties conveyed to the Archbishop of St. Louis by deed recorded in Book
7307, Page 1120 and Book 10534 Page 48 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records;
property conveyed to JPC Properties, L.C. by deed recorded in Deed Book 10607, Page 1592
of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
35, Township 45 North, Range 3 East, City of Wildwood, St. Louis County, Missouri and are
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said Section 35, with the Southwest line of
Old Eatherton Road/Missouri State Highway 109; thence southwardly along said East line,
South 01 degrees 33 minutes 41 seconds West 822.24 feet; thence North 86 degrees 56
minutes 19 seconds West 211.97 feet; thence North 01 degrees 33 minutes 41 seconds East
118.34 feet; thence North 87 degrees 00 minutes 01 seconds West 654.22 feet; thence North
01 degrees 30 minutes 58 seconds East 367.89 feet; thence North 87 degrees 00 minutes
01 seconds West 475.50 feet to the West line of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 35; thence along said West line, North 01 degrees 30 minutes 58 seconds East
512.17 feet to the East-West centerline of Section 35; thence along said centerline, South 87
degrees 00 minutes 01 seconds East 864.29 feet to the Southwest corner of the above-
mentioned St. Louis County Water Company property; thence along the West line of said
Water Company tract, and crossing Old Eatherton Road, North 02 degrees 59 minutes 59
seconds East 223.52 feet to the Southwest line of the above-mentioned Zimmerly Acres;
thence along the South, West, and North lines of Zimmerly Acres, the following courses and
distances: North 74 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 113.06 feet, South 87 degrees 13
minutes 00 seconds West 303.90 feet, North 53 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West
77.69 feet, North 53 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East 204.23 feet, North 36 degrees 19
minutes 00 seconds West 475.00 feet, North 53 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East
305.50 feet to the centerline of State Highway (Eatherton 60' W Road) 109; thence along
said centerline, South 36 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East, 1,205.60 feet; thence South
32 degrees 39 minutes 56 seconds East; 173.87 feet to the above mentioned East line of
Section 35; thence leaving said centerline, along the East line of Section 35; South 01
degrees 33 minutes 41 seconds West 53.34 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described tracts are a compilation of the St. Louis County Missouri public records
and contain 31.327 acres and are subject to all easements, restrictions, reservations and
conditions of record, if any, and to the results of an accurate field boundary survey.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1997.
