O R D I N A N C E NO. 10206
AN ORDINANCE, vacating six (6) ten-foot (10') wide easements located in
adjusted Lot 202 and Lot 203 of The Lakes at Big Bend, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 327, Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The six (6) ten-foot (10') wide easements in said adjusted Lot
202 and Lot 203 of The Lakes at Big Bend as shown hachured on the three (3) attached
"Easement Vacation Plats", and marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1997.
