O R D I N A N C E NO. 10207
AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a variable
width right-of-way located along Old Wild Horse Creek Road approximately One Thousand
feet (1000') east of Long Road.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject right-of-way, and this District
has no further use for said portion of right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the subject right-of-way as shown hachured on the
attached "Road Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1997.
