O R D I N A N C E NO. 10209
AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 10072, as adopted May 8, 1997, by
repealing Section Four of said Ordinance, and enacting a new Section Four in lieu thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Four of Ordinance No. 10072, as adopted May 8, 1997,
is hereby repealed.
Section Two. A new Section Four of Ordinance No. 10072 is hereby enacted,
and shall read as follows:
"Section Four. For the purpose of meeting the costs of
repairing, rehabilitating and replacing the District's Wastewater System,
there is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Wastewater Revenue
Fund to the Sanitary Replacement Fund the sum of Thirty-eight Million Six
Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Dollars ($38,629,00.00)."
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
