O R D I N A N C E NO. 10212
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Gershenson
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of rock fill slope protection and appurtenances
in Nelson & Roland Channel Improvements (95035), in the City of Northwoods, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Gershenson Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of rock fill slope protection and
appurtenances in Nelson & Roland Channel Improvements (95035), in the City of
Northwoods, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of September,
1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
