BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Gershenson Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Grantwood Village Sanitary Relief (96042), in the Town of Grantwood Village, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of October, 1997. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
