O R D I N A N C E NO. 10214
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District to be used by the Communications Department to administer the
District's Community Access to Environmental Education (CATEE) program.
WHEREAS, the funds as herein appropriated were awarded to the District as a
grant from the Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District to be used by the Communications
Department to administer the District's Community Access to Environmental Education
(CATEE) program.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
