O R D I N A N C E NO. 10217
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an Easement Deed granting an
easement to St. Louis County Water Company for the construction and maintenance of a
water line on certain District real property in St. Louis County, Missouri in the southeast one
quarter (1/4) of the northeast one quarter (1/4) of Section 15, Township 46 North, Range 6
East, also known as 3696 New Baumgartner Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an Easement
Deed granting an easement to St. Louis County Water Company for the construction and
maintenance of a water line on certain District real property in the southeast one quarter
(1/4) of the northeast one quarter (1/4) of Section 15, Township 46 North, Range 6 East,
also known as 3696 New Baumgartner Road.
Section Two. The Easement Deed as authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of
the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
