O R D I N A N C E NO. 10218
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 6475, Page 90 of the St. Louis County Records and located in the north half of Lot 4
in Block 4 of Chambers Park, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 24, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this District
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A ten foot (10') wide easement in the north half of Lot 4 in
Block 4, recorded in Deed Book 6475, Page 90 and shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat" being marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
