O R D I N A N C E NO. 10219
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of five foot (5') and ten foot (10') wide
easements in White Pine Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 344, Page 122 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements having been
previously established in White Estates and Amended White Estates, subdivisions according to
the plats thereof as recorded in Plat Book 304, Page 81 and Plat Book 338, Page 46,
respectively.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of five foot (5') and ten foot (10') wide easements,
having been previously established in White Estates and Amended White Estates, subdivision
according to the plats thereof as recorded in Plat Book 304, Page 81 and Plat Book 338,
Page 46, respectively, and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2 and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the portion of said easements also being part of the
easements recorded in Deed Book 2923, Page 39 and Plat Book 344, Page 122 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
