O R D I N A N C E NO. 10223
AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) ten foot (10') wide easements located in
Adjusted Lot 144 of Wilson Farm Estates, Plat 8, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 266, Page 71 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two (2) ten foot (10') wide easements in said Adjusted Lot
144 of Wilson Farm Estates, Plat 8 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
