O R D I N A N C E NO. 10222
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement located in Lot 42 of
Maison Manor Plat 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 132,
Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 42 of Maison
Manor Plat 2 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
