O R D I N A N C E NO. 10225
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide easement located in Lot 62 of
Crystal Lake, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 344, Page 114
of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5') wide easement in said Lot 62 of Crystal Lake
as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 1997.
