O R D I N A N C E NO. 10226
AN ORDINANCE, vacating five (5) ten foot (10') wide easements located in
Lots 13 - 18 of Spirit of St. Louis Airport Lease Lots Plat 1, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 258, Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five (5) ten foot (10') wide easements in said Lots 13 - 18
of Spirit of St. Louis Lease Lots Plat 1 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and described in Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof,
are hereby vacated.

EXHIBIT B
Five (5) easements within a tract of land being Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Spirit of St.
Louis Airport Lease Lots Plat 1, recorded in Plat Book 258, Page 74, of the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office, and being United States Survey 102, Township 45 North, Range 3 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri; said easements being more particularly described as follows:
EASEMENT NO. 1
Beginning at the Southeastern corner (O.I.P.) of said Lot 13; thence S 78 degrees 21 minutes
00 seconds W, 20.00 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 11 degrees 39
minutes 00 seconds E, 5.00 feet to a point; thence S 78 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds W,
187.80 feet to a point; thence Northwardly 10.01 feet along a curve to the left, having a
radius of 60.00 feet and central angle of 09 degrees 33 minutes 37 seconds to a point;
thence N 78 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds E, 187.80 feet to a point; thence S 11 degrees
39 minutes 00 seconds E, 5.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EASEMENT NO. 2
Beginning at the Southeastern corner (O.I.P.) of said Lot 14; thence S 78 degrees 21 minutes
00 seconds W, 20.00 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 11 degrees 39
minutes 00 seconds E, 5.00 feet to a point; thence S 78 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds W,
217.80 feet to a point; thence N 11 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds, 10.00 feet to a point;
thence N 78 degrees 21 minuets 00 seconds E, 217.80 feet to a point; thence S 11 degrees
