O R D I N A N C E NO. 10229
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,100,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for procurement of the equipment for
the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System SCADA System Improvements (97013).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for procurement
of the equipment for the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System SCADA System
Improvements (97013).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
