O R D I N A N C E NO. 10230
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($490,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for professional services for the design
of the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System SCADA System Improvements
(97013); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into
Amendment No. 1 to Contract E-877 with Electric Controls Company for the aforesaid
services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10080, adopted May 8, 1997, provided the initial
funding for and authorized Contract E-877, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($490,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for professional
services for the design of the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System SCADA
System Improvements (97013).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract E-877 with Electric Controls Company
for professional services for the design of the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation
System SCADA System Improvements (97013); said contract to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
