O R D I N A N C E NO. 10236
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Ninety Thousand
Dollars ($90,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project
costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in St. Gemme Sanitary Relief Phase II Sec. B-1
(91050A), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10074, adopted May 8, 1997, appropriated the initial
funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for
the construction of sanitary sewers in St. Gemme Sanitary Relief Phase II Sec. B-1 (91050A),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
