O R D I N A N C E NO. 10255
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 221, Page 91, in Lot 37 of Fairview Park, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 26 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 221, Page 292 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" marked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
