O R D I N A N C E NO. 10258
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a seven and one-half foot (7-1/2') wide easement
in Lot 3 and an adjoining seven and one-half foot (7-1/2') wide easement in part of Lot 10 of
Highland on Conway Plat No. 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 83, Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The seven and one-half foot (7-1/2') wide easement in Lot 3
and the adjoining seven and one-half foot (7-1/2') wide easement in part of Lot 10 of
Highland on Conway Plat No. 1, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
