O R D I N A N C E NO. 10259
AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion
of the forty foot (40') wide former Paul Street right-of-way described in street vacation
Ordinance 56722 of the City of St. Louis and located in Lot 2 and part of Lot 1 of LaSalle
Park Plat 2, a subdivision in City Blocks 462E and 462W according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 41 of the City of St. Louis Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this District
vacate a portion of the subject former street right-of-way, and this District has no further use
for said portion of the former street right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a forty foot (40') wide former street right-of-way,
described in City of St. Louis Ordinance 56722 as approved March 27, 1974, and shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
