O R D I N A N C E NO. 10261
AN ORDINANCE, vacating two, five foot (5') wide easements located in Lots 8
& 9 of Wild Horse Heights, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
319, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two, five foot (5') wide easements in said Lots 8 & 9 of
Wild Horse Heights as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
