O R D I N A N C E NO. 10263
AN ORDINANCE, vacating two ten foot (10') wide easements, respectively,
located in Lot 25 of Ridgetop Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 27, Page 24 and Lot 0 of Ridgetop 2nd Resubdivision, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 19 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easements, respectively located in Lot 25
of Ridgetop Subdivision and Lot 0 of Ridgetop 2nd Resubdivision as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plats", and marked Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", respectively,
and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
