O R D I N A N C E NO. 10264
AN ORDINANCE, vacating an eight foot (8') wide easement located in Lot 1 of
York Village, Block G, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23,
Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The eight foot (8') wide easement in said Lot 1 of York Village,
Block G as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit
"A", and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1997.
