O R D I N A N C E NO. 10270
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow
Regulation System Miscellaneous Sewer Rehabilitation Joint Repairs (BP-015B, 94090B), in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9727, adopted November 9, 1995, provided the
initial funding for said construction, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation
System Miscellaneous Sewer Rehabilitation Joint Repairs (BP-015B, 94090B), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1998.
