O R D I N A N C E NO. 10272
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair #191 (Terri
Lynn 7557) 97021, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Truss Brothers Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure
Repair #191 (Terri Lynn 7557) 97021, in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 17th day of November, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1998.
