O R D I N A N C E NO. 10280
AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in the fifty
foot (50') wide right-of-way of Schall Drive located in Township 45 North, Range 5 East in
St. Louis County, Missouri, excepting therefrom the 7.5 foot easement as recorded in Deed
Book 4141, Page 415 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the adjacent property has requested that this District
vacate the subject street right-of-way, and this District has no further use for said right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifty foot (50') wide street right-of-way of Schall Drive in
Township 45 North, Range 5 East in St. Louis County, Missouri, excepting therefrom the 7.5
foot easement as recorded in Deed Book 4141, Page 415 of the St. Louis County Records is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1998.
