O R D I N A N C E NO. 10281
AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of two (2) seven and one-half foot (7.5')
wide easements recorded in Deed Book 4141, Page 415 and Page 416 in Adjusted Lots A, C
and D of Mirror Meadows, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
344, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records, and being in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate portions of the two (2) subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions of the easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the two (2) seven and one-half foot (7.5') wide
easements records in Deed Book 4141, Page 415 and Page 416 as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plats" marked Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1998.
