O R D I N A N C E NO. 10289
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($180,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for additional engineering services to
complete the design and engineering phases of the Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant
Process Control System Upgrade (93085A); and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 5 to Contract E-791 with Mishra & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid
engineering services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9063, adopted August 11, 1993 appropriated the
initial funding for the project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($180,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for additional
engineering services to complete the design and engineering phases of the Lemay Wastewater
Treatment Plant Process Control System Upgrade (93085A).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No.
5 to Contract E-791 with Mishra & Associates, Inc. for additional engineering services to
complete the design and engineering phases of the Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant
Process Control System Upgrade (93085A); said amendment to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
