O R D I N A N C E NO. 10293
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Subordination Agreement
with St. Louis County, Missouri, whereby the District will subordinate certain rights across
portions of a District easement, as shown on Exhibit A as attached hereto, to St. Louis
County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as
Long Road, in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said easement rights will not interfere with any
sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Subordination
Agreement with St. Louis County, Missouri, whereby the District will subordinate certain rights
across portions of a District easement, as shown on Exhibit A as attached hereto, to St. Louis
County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as
Long Road in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. The Subordination Agreement as authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office
of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
