O R D I N A N C E NO. 10295
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 2 of the
Resubdivision of Adjusted Lot A of Mirror Meadows, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 345, Page 525 of the St. Louis County Records, and being in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
