O R D I N A N C E NO. 10297
AN ORDINANCE, vacating variable width easements located in Part of Lot 15 of
Lake House Farm Subdivision, Part of Lot 9 of Studt's Home Place, and Lot 2 and Part of Lot
1 of Sinco Hills, in Section 3, T. 45 N. - R. 5 E., St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The variable width easements in said Part of Lot 15 of Lake
House Farm Subdivision, Part of Lot 9 of Studt's Home Place, and Lot 2 and Part of Lot 1 of
Sinco Hills as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
