O R D I N A N C E NO. 10298
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement located in David
Harrison Farm; said easement being recorded in Deed Book 10370, Page 1014 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement in said David Harrison Farm;
said easement being recorded in Deed Book 10370, Page 1014 of the St. Louis County
Records as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
