O R D I N A N C E NO. 10300
AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) ten foot (10') wide easements located in
Lots 12 and 13 of Topping Acres, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 52, Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two (2) ten foot (10') wide easements in said Lots 12 and
13 of Topping Acres as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plats", and
marked Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
