O R D I N A N C E NO. 10301
AN ORDINANCE, vacating respective portions of a ten foot (10') wide
easement, a twenty foot (20') wide temporary easement, and a five foot (5') wide temporary
easement located in Lots 12, 13, 14 and Common Ground of Sunset Meadows; said
easements being recorded in Deed Book 6843, Page 1435 of the St. Louis County Records,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate said portion and said easements, and this District has no further use for said portion
and easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The respective portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement, twenty
foot (20') wide temporary easement, and five foot (5') wide temporary easement in said Lots
12, 13, 14 and Common Ground of Sunset Meadows; said easements being recorded in Deed
Book 6843, Page 1435 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plats", and
marked Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
