O R D I N A N C E NO. 10302
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement located
in Multiple Lot "A" of Heatherton Plat No. 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 88 & 89 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in said Multiple Lot
"A" of Heatherton Plat No. 2 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
