HomeMy Public PortalAbout10304 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10304 AN ORDINANCE, vacating four (4) ten foot (10') wide easements located in part of Lot 4 of Studts Home Place, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The four (4) ten foot (10') wide easements in said part of Lot 4 of Studts Home Place as described in legal descriptions labeled Parcel, 1, Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4, and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated. PARCEL 1 4907/171 Part of Lot 4 of the subdivision of Studt's Home Place, a subdivision recorded in Book 7, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records in Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, and being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the east line of Decker Lane 50 feet wide as now vacated by instrument recorded in Book 8476, Page 1495 of the St. Louis County Records, at the north line of property originally conveyed to Harrington in Book 5409, Page 524 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the former east line of Decker Lane, 50 feet wide, N 0 degrees 50 minutes W 40 feet to a point; thence westwardly N 89 degrees 54 minutes W, 10 feet to a point in the original east line of Decker Lane 40 feet wide; thence S 0 degrees 50 minutes E along said original Decker Lane 40 feet to a point; thence eastwardly S 89 degrees 54 minutes E 10 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2 4907/151 Part of Lot 4 of the subdivision of Studt's Home Place, a subdivision recorded in Book 7, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records in Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, and being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the east line of Decker Lane 50 feet wide as now vacated by instrument recorded in Book 8476, Page 1495 of the St. Louis County Records, distant N 0 degrees 50 minutes W 40 feet from the north line of property originally conveyed to Harrington in Book 5409, Page 524 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the former east line of Decker Lane, 50 feet wide, N. 0 degrees 50 minutes W 55 feet to a point; thence westwardly N 89 degrees 54 minutes W, 10 feet to a point in the original east line of Decker Lane 40 feet wide; thence S 0 degrees 50 minutes E along said original Decker Lane 55 feet to a point; thence eastwardly S 89 degrees 54 minutes E 10 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 3 4907/147 Part of Lot 4 of the subdivision of Studt's Home Place, a subdivision recorded in Book 7, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records in Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, and being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the east line of Decker Lane 50 feet wide as now vacated by instrument recorded in Book 8476, Page 1495 of the St. Louis County Records, distant N 0 degrees 50 minutes W 95 feet from the north line of property originally conveyed to Harrington in Book 5409, Page 524 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the former east line of Decker Lane, 50 feet wide, N 0 degrees 50 minutes W 100 feet to a point; thence westwardly N 89 degrees 54 minutes W 10 feet to a point in the original east line of Decker Lane 40 feet wide; thence S 0 degrees 50 minutes E along said original Decker Lane 100 feet to a point; thence eastwardly S 89 degrees 54 minutes E 10 feet to the point of beginning.
