O R D I N A N C E NO. 10305
AN ORDINANCE, vacating respective portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement
and a five foot (5') wide easement located in Lot 6 of Ladue Royale, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 345, Pages 92 & 93 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The respective portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement and a
five foot (5') wide easement in said Lot 6 of Ladue Royale as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1998.
