O R D I N A N C E NO. 10307
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) from
the Reserve for Real Property Purchase, Improvements and Alterations Fund for
architectural/engineering services for the design of Building Renovations - 140 East Prairie
Avenue (98047); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-889 with Kennedy
Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Reserve for Real Property Purchase, Improvements and Alterations Fund
for architectural/engineering services for the design of Building Renovations - 140 East Prairie
Avenue (98047).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-889
with Kennedy Associates, Inc. for architectural/engineering services for the design of Building
Renovations - 140 East Prairie Avenue (98047); said contract to be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1998.
