O R D I N A N C E NO. 10312
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a fifteen foot (15') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 3724, Page 538, in part of Lots 45, 46, 47, 51 and 52 of the James S. Thomas
Addition in U.S. Survey 2994, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Green Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A fifteen foot (15') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 3724,
Page 538 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A",
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated. The vacation of the aforesaid easement shall not
affect the portions of said easement also being part of the easement recorded in Deed Book
9492, Page 2048; the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 9528, Page
943; and the easements established by the subdivision plat of Village At Green Park, as
recorded in Plat Book 345, Page 319 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1998.
