O R D I N A N C E NO. 10313
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 10229, Page 586, in a tract of land in U.S. Survey 126, Township 45 North,
Range 4 East, of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 10229, Page 586 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat"
marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1998.
