O R D I N A N C E NO. 10314
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Plat Book 121, Pages 32 & 33 and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 5960, Page 397, in Lot 37 of part of Section 8 of Northwest Industrial Center, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 32 & 33 of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Plat
Book 121, Pages 32 & 33 and the portion of ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 5960, Page 397, in part of Section 8 of Northwest Industrial Center, as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A" Sheet 1 of 2 and
Sheet 2 of 2, and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1998.
