O R D I N A N C E NO. 10326
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 3690, Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records, in Lot 19 of Schaefer
Gardens Add'n No. 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in the Plat Book
95, Page 5 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate said portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 3690, Page 3 as shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
