O R D I N A N C E NO. 10327
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a thirty foot (30') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 6649, Page 219, Deed Book 10285, Page 1917, and Deed Book
10285, Page 1920 of the St. Louis County Records, in Lot 1 of Country Lake Estates, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 345, Pages 41 through 43
of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a thirty foot (30') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 6649, Page 219, Deed Book 10285, Page 1917, and Deed Book 10285, Page 1920 as
shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked Exhibit "A", and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
