O R D I N A N C E NO. 10328
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer easement
as recorded in Deed Book 4766, Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records, located in a tract
of land being part of Lot A of YORKSHIRE ESTATES NO. 16, a subdivision recorded in Plat
Book 100, Page 61 of the St. Louis County Records, and also being part of a parcel
described in Deed Book 7929, Page 233 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 4766, Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records and shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated. The vacation of the aforesaid easement shall not affect the portions of said
easement also being part of the easement recorded in Deed Book 10297, Page 674 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
