O R D I N A N C E NO. 10329
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer easement
as recorded in Deed Book 4766, Page 76; a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer
easement as recorded in Deed Book 4715, Page 276; a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide
sewer easement granted to Russell & Company as recorded in Deed Book 2188, Page 564
and quit-claimed to this District as recorded in Deed Book 4489, Page 418; and a portion of
a ten foot (10') wide sewer easement as recorded in Deed Book 5961, Page 218 of the St.
Louis County Records, and located in a tract of land in U.S. Survey 1936, Township 44
North, Range 6 East, said tract also being described in Deed Book 8052, Page 2385 of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer easement as recorded
in Deed Book 4766, Page 76; a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer easement as
recorded in Deed Book 4715, Page 276; a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer
easement as recorded in Deed Book 2188, page 564 and quit-claimed to this District as
recorded in Deed Book 4489, Page 418; and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement as recorded in Deed Book 5961, Page 218 as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The vacation of the aforesaid easements shall not affect the portions of said easements also
being part of the easement recorded in Deed Book 10297, Page 677 of the St . Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
