O R D I NA N C E NO. 10330
AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion
of an irregular width roadway for public use, being known as Missouri State Highway 21 (and
also as Tesson Ferry Road) per Cause Number 287571, in U.S. Survey 2995, Township 44
North, Range 6 East, and vacating an adjoining twenty foot (20') wide easement as recorded
in Plat Book 302, Pages 14 & 15 located in a tract of land shown as Future Development in
Tiffany Square Estates Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 302, Pages 14 & 15 of the St. Louis County Records, and also being in U.S.
Survey 2995, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject portions of roadway and
adjoining easement, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the portion of irregular width right-of-way of Tesson
Ferry Road and vacates an adjoining twenty foot (20') wide easement as recorded in Plat
Book 302, Pages 14 & 15 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", marked Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" respectively, and
made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
