O R D I N A N C E NO. 10331
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide easement
located in Lots 5 & 6 of Concord Village Center, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 336, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a twenty foot (20') wide easement in said Lots 5
& 6 of Concord Village Center as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
